Due to continued COVID-19 concerns, the City of Lumberton does not encourage door-to-door trick or treating this year. This decision is based on guidance recommended by the Robeson County Health Department as well as Public Safety officials.
Two Drive Thru Trunk or Treat events are planned:
- Parkview Activity Center---Thursday October 28th from 4:00pm-6:00pm
- Pennington Complex (Northeast Park)--- Saturday October 30th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Participants are encouraged to dress in costumes but must remain in their vehicle as they drive through the parking lot to receive candy from event volunteers by opening a car window or trunk door.
Debido a las continuas preocupaciones de COVID-19, la Ciudad de Lumberton no fomenta el truco o trato puerta a puerta este año. Esta decisión se basa en la orientación recomendada por el Departamento de Salud del Condado de Robeson y los funcionarios de Seguridad Pública.
Se planean dos eventos Drive Thru Trunk or Treat:
- Parkview Activity Center --- Jueves 28 de octubre de 4:00 pm a 6:00 pm
- Pennington Complex (Northeast Park) --- Sábado 30 de octubre de 6:00 pm a 8:00 pm.
Se anima a los participantes a vestirse con disfraces, pero deben permanecer en su vehículo mientras conducen por el estacionamiento para recibir dulces de los voluntarios del evento abriendo la ventana del automóvil o la puerta del maletero.
