Management Information Systems (MIS)

Responsibility

The Management Information Systems (MIS) department is responsible for analyzing and implementing the technological needs of all City departments. MIS provides City-wide support for all computer systems.

MIS plans, purchases, manages, and maintains computing hardware, software, and networking infrastructure to support all the City Departments in providing their services to the citizens of Lumberton.

Services

The services MIS provides include such tasks as Desktop and Laptop computer support, email, internet access, and network management. Our goal is to provide the best possible support to all City departments so that they can serve the City of Lumberton Citizens effectively and efficiently.
